President's Council

ASSUMPTION COLLEGE’S LEADERSHIP DONORS
The President’s Council is a leadership giving society of alumni, parents and friends of the College whose support of and commitment to Assumption College sets an example and inspires others.

The philanthropic support of President’s Council members provides opportunities for Assumption students to learn and grow – from SOPHIA and undergraduate research, to SEND mission trips and extracurricular activities and athletics.  Scholarship support provided by President’s Council members helps make an Assumption education possible for many students.

We invite you to join The President’s Council by making a gift of $1,000 or more to any fund at the College between June 1 and May 31 (the College’s fiscal year) to qualify for membership.

Benefactor's Club       $5,000 - $9,999
Councilor's Club         $2,500 - $4,999
President's Council     $1,000 - $2,499

President’s Council Scholarships
By making a gift of $2,500 or more, President’s Council members can establish a one year scholarship that will be awarded to a student with demonstrated need.  By creating a President’s Council Scholarship you will have the opportunity to directly influence the life of a current Assumption student.

President’s Council GOLD (Greyhounds Of the Last Decade)
President’s Council GOLD is a special association of young alumni who are committed to becoming leadership donors at Assumption.  President’s Council GOLD membership is available on a sliding scale based on year of graduation.  For Fiscal Year 2017 (June 1, 2016 – May 31, 2017) the membership levels are as follows:

2007 (and prior)        $1,000

All President’s Council members are invited to events on campus throughout the year, including tailgate receptions prior to select home football games, and gatherings prior to other campus events.   President’s Council members and President’s Council GOLD members who give $500 or more are invited to an annual dinner.  The 2016 President’s Council dinner will be held on Saturday, October 22 at Mechanics Hall in Worcester. 

All President’s Council level gifts can be made through monthly or quarterly payments, and matching gifts from a donor’s employer count toward President’s Council membership.
