At Assumption, we believe in the development of the whole person –mind and body, heart and soul. Campus Ministry plays a key role in the life of this campus as it encourages all members of the college community to be seekers of truth and to bring about a world of justice, peace and love.
Campus Ministry is open to all people of faith. Its mission is carried out through Catholic liturgies and prayer services, retreats to further spiritual development, community service experiences throughout the world, discussion groups that focus on a variety of topics, and other programs. It strives to give life and meaning to the motto of Assumption College, "Until Christ be formed in you."

Campus Ministry Center Project
Assumption’s 8,800-square-foot Tinsley Campus Ministry Center, dedicated on April 27, 2012 plays a crucial role in the pastoral, liturgical and social life of the College. The new center, which is attached to Assumption’s Chapel of the Holy Spirit, provides individual offices for private conversations with students and staff, an interfaith prayer room for students of all faith traditions and a community room for receptions, lectures and dinner programs. There is also a conference room for discussions of faith and a library stocked with theological and spiritual reading materials.
In addition, the Tinsley Center is also the home of a Heritage edition of The Saint John’s Bible. Assumption is the only location in Massachusetts, and only the second in New England, to own this magnificent work.
The Tinsley Center supports Campus ministry in its educational, liturgical and community service efforts.
