The “Invest in You” Summer Series is a way to connect remotely to Assumption during the summertime and prepare for your future.
Join ZOOM workshops with topics like:
- How to Best Exhibit your Personal Brand on LinkedIn (July 19 at noon)
- Writing the Best Content for a Résumé or Cover Letter (August 16 at noon)

What’s SAP?
As a supplement to the services already available at the Counseling Center, Assumption is partnering with Guardian and Uprise Health to sponsor the Student Assistance Program (SAP), a mental health program that is available to all students.
The SAP offers students access to coaching, counseling, and student life resources online, by phone, or face-to-face.
What does the SAP offer?
• Three NO-COST counseling visits per incident/issue
• Triage and problem assessment
• Referral to counselor or behavioral health professional
• Referral to medical or behavioral health plan (if long-term)
• Connection to immediate help if student is in crisis
• 24/7 chatbot (Tess) for emotional support: reminders and check-ins
• Online courses (videos and interactive exercises)
How does the SAP Work?
Connect with SAP by:
• Calling 1-800-386-7055 and let them know you are an Assumption student, or
• Login online (it’s confidential!) at worklife.uprisehealth.com . Choose the “Employee or Family Member” login button, and enter the access code: worklife, or
• Login on the Uprise Health app (download from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store)
• Chatbot (Tess) text line: 1-650-825-9634 (The more chats with Tess, the more she will learn needs and preferences.)
