Flu Vaccine Clinic

All students, faculty and staff – even those who will not be present on campus – must receive a flu vaccination by midnight, Thursday, October 15. The University will sponsor Flu Vaccination Clinics on Tuesday, October 6 and Thursday, October 15 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in The Plourde; sign-up in the Testing Center. You may also obtain a vaccine on your own, but proof of such must be uploaded to the Medicat Patient Wellness Portal in the AU Mobile App. Note that those individuals who do not obtain a flu vaccine or provide proof of such will not be permitted on campus and their University-issued identification deactivated. This requirement is necessary to continue to promote the health and safety of the campus community and by extension, your families. Those who wish to declare a medical or religious exemption must complete this form and upload it to Medicat.
