Assumption Ranked a Top Institution in Massachusetts 

Assumption University has been named one of the Top 50 Schools in Massachusetts, according to the ranking organization Intelligent. In addition to its strong academic programs and faculty, the institution was highlighted in particular for its community service, earning the “Best for Community Service” superlative. 

A cornerstone of the Assumption mission to form graduates of compassionate service and thoughtful citizenship who make a difference in the Worcester community and as well as their hometowns. The idea of service is a vital part of a number of departments at Assumption, including Assumption Athletics, Campus Ministry, Community Service-Learning, and the Office of Student Activities.
