Alison has worked in higher education for 10 years, starting in college Athletics for 3 years and then Enrollment Management for 7 of those years. Her career began in college Athletics at Mount Ida College where she was an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at the Division III level as well as, the Assistant to the Athletic Director doing athletic administration. She then transitioned to Undergraduate Admissions in 2017 doing Athletic Recruitment for Mount Ida College. In 2018, Alison was hired at Assumption University where she has remained working with prospective students and student-athletes who look to make Assumption their home for the next four years!
