Ben entered the field of Student Affairs in 2006 and started working at Assumption University in 2012. He has many years of experience in Residential Life serving in a variety of roles. He now serves as the Assistant Dean for Student Development, overseeing the Office of Community Standards and supervising the staff in The Reach Out Center and Student Health Services. Ben is committed to student growth and works with students from a place of empathy, development, and education. During his time at Assumption University, Ben has implemented the Peer Ministry program in collaboration with Campus Ministry, brought the Housing Selection process online for students, and implemented a Restorative Justice model for Community Standards.
