Assumption University Featured in The Princeton Review’s Best 390 Colleges for 2025
The Princeton Review has announced that Assumption University has been named to its book of the best 390 colleges in the United States for 2025. Assumption is also featured as number five on the “Town-Gown Relations are Great” list, ranked based on student and institutional relationships with the surrounding community.
The Princeton Review compiles their list of the best 390 colleges based on surveys of college administrators and students. The colleges on the Best 390 list are not ranked hierarchically; however, schools are ranked hierarchically in other categories, such as housing and dining.
According to the editors at The Princeton Review, students love Assumption’s “beautiful, diverse, and secured campus,” and noted that professors are engaging and approachable, with students saying that “the professors here at Assumption all love what they do, and it is obvious in the classroom.” Students also said that “Hound Nation is like no other in terms of community and manners,” and that “people here genuinely care about each other, making for a wonderful experience,” according to the editors.
